I’m Andrea Klunder — media storyteller, content director, teaching artist and Founder of The Creative Impostor Studios
I believe in the power of podcasting to develop an intimate connection with your listeners, build loyal community, and immerse your followers in an authentic brand experience. Podcasts are niche shows that have conversation and human connection at their core, but the forms of expression are boundless.
Official Bio
Andrea Klunder is an award-winning podcast and audio documentary producer, content director, and the founder of The Creative Impostor Studios—a boutique production agency dedicated to crafting powerful podcasting experiences for cultural institutions, creative changemakers, and organizational leaders working toward inspired impact.
Under her leadership, The Creative Impostor Studios has earned national recognition for its distinctive production style and editorial integrity. Notable projects include Sounds Current with Del Sol Quartet (Tribeca Audio Storytelling Official Selection and Signal Award winner for Artists Shaping Culture), Encounter Culture with the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs (New Mexico Press Women Award), and Key Change for the Santa Fe Opera’s Department of Community Engagement (Signal Awards for Music and for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
Andrea is a sought-after speaker and educator, having led trainings and workshops for institutions such as Community Change, After School Matters, University of Florida Media Institute, She Podcasts Live, Podfest, and Podcast Movement. In 2017, Andrea designed and implemented a curriculum for neurodiverse high school students in Chicago, called Power Your Story, which was a finalist for the Google Podcasts Creator Program. She is known for her hands-on, collaborative leadership style and her capacity to steward projects from ideation through post-production—on time, on budget, and with artistic rigor.
As the industry evolves, Andrea and her team continue to innovate across platforms and formats. The Creative Impostor Studios is uniquely positioned to design multi-modal media strategies that resonate both emotionally and experientially—transforming how we hear, feel, and connect with the world around us.
